Day-by-Day Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Pick-up at Kilimanjaro Airport and transfer to your lodge in Arusha. Relax and prepare for your safari.
Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
Depart after breakfast for Tarangire (approx. 2.5 hours). Game drive among baobab trees and elephants. Picnic lunch and afternoon wildlife viewing.
Day 3: Tarangire – Lake Manyara – Karatu
Drive to Lake Manyara (approx. 1.5 hours). Enjoy a game drive along the lake to see flamingos, monkeys, and tree-climbing lions. Continue to Karatu for overnight.
Day 4: Karatu – Ngorongoro Crater Safari
Descend early into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. Picnic lunch by the Hippo Pool. Afternoon return to your lodge in Karatu.
Day 5: Karatu – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, drive through the Ngorongoro Highlands into Serengeti (approx. 5–6 hours). Afternoon game drive in central Serengeti.
